Small Wins
I work in an office, and can easily sit for 2 to 3 hours working away without realising I haven't moved, so my step count isn't always great.
I have been trying to make more of a conscious effort to not get stuck at my desk, so was chuffed yesterday when my watch didn't shout at me all day and I managed my 10/10 active hours.

I wish!! I’m on 4000 steps already 😂
