There aren't enough words to recommend Valkyrie. It's a great opportunity to push yourself with the support of the rest of the team (and your other cheerleaders). There is also a lot of laughter, and plenty opportunities to stress Dan out loading weights inefficiently and/or not being able to do percentages ๐
