Apologies folks not been that active within the group lately. I'm sure you can all understand and if you don't....well tough titties!
Hope you are all well and not just sitting on the couch eating wotsits all day pining for your favorite class.
In the coming weeks and months I'm gonna be aiming to use this group to offer what I can, when I can to help as many of you as possible navigate your health and fitness journey (fuck I hate that term but don't have a better one! 🙄)
I was hoping you guys might like to be involved in maybe running the "why weight" seminar via zoom? This is a pretty comprehensive guide to nutrition and anyone who's attended these has always came away with a lot of useable info.
